Maryam Zafar is the Founder and Lead Travel Editor of Saudi Travel Hub. With over five years of dedicated experience covering tourism and cultural development in the Middle East, she has become a leading independent voice on travel in the Gulf region. Maryam has personally traveled to all 13 provinces of Saudi Arabia, from the high altitude valleys of Asir to the historic alleys of Al-Balad in Jeddah and the ancient tombs of Hegra in AlUla.

Her extensive on-the-ground research enables her to provide deep, practical insights into local customs, transit networks, and accommodation. As Saudi Arabia prepares for the historic FIFA World Cup 2034, Maryam has focused her latest efforts on analyzing stadium construction plans, fan zone layouts, and logistics corridors to create the ultimate resource for incoming international fans. Before launching Saudi Travel Hub, Maryam worked as a travel contributor for several prominent international publications, documenting the region's cultural renaissance. She holds a degree in Middle Eastern Studies and regularly collaborates with regional hospitality experts. When she is not writing or editing guides, she can be found exploring off-the-grid desert trails or documenting traditional Najdi recipes.
